Guest Coach: Mark Farmer of MLS team Atlanta United
Coaching Bio: Coach Mark began playing soccer in Birmingham, Alabama before playing at Westminster College in Missouri and Lipscomb University in Nashville. Since college Mark has coached in Alabama, Mississippi and Arkansas with technical skills company Coerver Coaching. He has also been a volunteer assistant with Mississippi State women’s program, DOC of Starkville Soccer Association/Impact Football Club, staff coach with New York Red Bulls Academy, the Director of Coaching for FC Dallas-Central Arkansas, Assistant for the Little Rock Rangers NPSL team, and a staff coach for Arkansas ODP.
Besides holding the NSCAA DOC Diploma and Coerver Youth Diploma, Mark is currently working on his C license. In 2016 he was invited to spend extensive time with professional clubs in Slovakia (Samorin FC), Iceland (Breidablik), and Holland (Ajax and Groningen) observing and assisting Academy through professional teams.
